Our resorts are part of the Lifestyles Holiday Vacation Club (LHVC) resorts.  They are in:

No !  The LHVC resorts are a membership club.  You are not limited to a set of weeks and members and owners do NOT pay a maintenance fee.

The maximum occupancy for our rentals is 2 adult guests per bedroom (1 bedroom = 2 guests, 7 bedroom = 14 guests).  Children under the age of 12 count as 1/2 an adult.

The All-Inclusive does not apply to all the properties.  It does apply to:

1. The Dominican Republic Puerto Plata Resort

2. The Cancun, Mexico Resort

For the above listed resorts, Food, Beverages, alcohol, Entertainment, Activities, Beaches, and Activities all included in the price.

The Dominican Republic Cabarete resort has meal plan options.

Most suites have mini-kitchens, dining room,and bedroom(s).

Villas have full kitchens,dining room, living room, bedroom(s), pool, Jacuzzi, grill.

Golf cart for getting around included with most rentals.

Nightly Entertainment at the Colosseum Amphitheater.  

While Paradise Resorts Travel, LLC highly suggests you include the the Food and Beverage Package, it is optional.  If you do not include the AI Package, then each guest is responsible for providing all your own food, (1) which means going into town to purchase groceries or hiring someone to go for you) or (2) leaving the resort  to go to the grocery stores.

No ! The purchase of a rental through Paradise Resorts Travel, LLC gives you access as a guest of a Villa Owner.  This is the highest guest level when you are NOT traveling with us (a Villa Owner).

Per Resort Rules, you cannot be a current member (any status) of Lifestyles Holiday Vacation Club (LHVC) to take advantage of these rentals through Paradise Resorts Travel, LLC or any of the various travel clubs which offer them. 

The Puerto Plata resort has:

• 6 Hotels with Jr Suites, 1, 2, and 3 bedroom suites
• Luxury Villas with 3, 4, 5, 6, and 7 bedrooms
• 20 Restaurants (26 if traveling with owner)
• 24 Bars (25 when traveling with owner)
• 12 Lite Fare Bars (13 when traveling with owner)

              -- food such as Ice Cream, Sandwiches, Sushi, and more

• 7 Beaches (8 when traveling with owner)

NOTE: LHVC is growing.  More venues are planned and will be introduced in the not so far future.

All beaches in the Dominican Republic are public.  the law defines a  maritime–terrestrial public zone along 60 meters (about 197 feet)  measured from the high-tide waterline inland. 

The LHVC private beaches (with cabanas, food, and drink) start just behind those public beaches.

Yes.  Once your reservation has been confirmed, you may request a set of restaurants for each evening of your stay.

Out friendly resort team knows you want the best for your best friend. That is why we have made it easy for your dog to travel with you.

• Our pet friendly hotel policy Small dogs only - Less than 10 kilograms (22 lbs)
• Dogs must comply with local legislation requirements.
• Upon check-in a copy of the dog’s passport has to be provided. Dog must be kept on a leash in the public areas except in the guest's room.
• Dog must not be left unattended.
• Dogs are not allowed in the restaurants, bars, Spa, gym and pool areas of the hotel.
• Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pet on hotel and in the neighborhood.
• Any disturbances such as barking must be curtailed to ensure other guests are not inconvenienced. Guests must contact the housekeeping department to arrange a convenient time for servicing their room.
• Guests are responsible for all property damages and/or personal injuries resulting from their dog.  Guests agree to indemnify and hold harmless the hotel, its owners and its operator from all liability and damage suffered as a result of the guest's dog.
• The hotel reserves the right to charge guest's account commensurate to the cost of such damages.
• The hotel reserves the right to evict the guest and dogs from the hotel premises if and whenever required with no prior notification.
